AHG offers technical assistance to owners/managers of AHP properties, via one-on-one training during on-site visits and/or conference calls, on an as needed basis.
Information covered during technical assistance sessions can include, but is not limited to, information on:
- Understanding income and rent limits
- Income verifications
- Annual income and asset verification
- How to submit on-line compliance reports
Other topics that AHG deems necessary to satisfy and/or maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations may also be discussed.
